Hortense Bernardin is a Parisian talent agent and producer. She began her career in 1995 when  she joined American ELLE and MIRABELLA in Paris as a fashion and producer coordinator. She worked for the magazines during 13 years organizing all their European fashion shoots.

In 2008 she joined Vogue Paris as the casting and producer director under the direction of Carine Roitfeld. In 2011 she worked more closely with Emmanuelle Alt who became the editor in chief of the magazine and Olivier Lalanne the deputy editor in chief.

Hortense managed to keep the best level of quality for the magazine while significantly reducing production costs.

In 2018 Hortense decided to open her own agency beginning with representing Romain Laprade. In 2021 the agency has grown by representing new talents like the wellknown make-up artist Stéphane Marais, Stylist Azza Yousif , photographer Liran Mor.
